Vantaggi
My internship at Avinity Analytics was an amazing experience! From the very beginning, I was welcomed into a supportive and collaborative work culture. The colleagues here are always willing to help and go the extra mile to ensure you're supported. Everyone, from the team to my supervisor, was incredibly nice and approachable. My supervisor, in particular, was very helpful and guided me through everything, making sure I had all the resources I needed to succeed. Even the seniors were always willing to lend a hand whenever I needed assistance.
One of the best parts of the internship was the learning opportunities. Avinity gives you the chance to get exposed to a variety of aspects of the business. Not only was I able to gain technical skills, but I also had the chance to learn about sales and other areas outside of data analysis. I even had the opportunity to visit a few big company client’s office, which gave me a great deal of exposure to the industry and how big projects are managed.
Additionally, Avinity offers the flexibility to apply for work-from-home arrangements, which was a great perk, especially when balancing tasks and personal commitments.
The company’s benefits were also top-notch. They host weekly company lunches, bi-weekly company sports days, and a party every last Friday of the month – a great way to unwind and bond with colleagues outside of work.
Compared to my coursemates, my internship at Avinity Analytics was much more enriching and enjoyable. I genuinely learned a lot and gained so much exposure to the business world. It was an unforgettable experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to kickstart their career in data analytics!

The allowance is slightly lower than the market average, but it didn’t bother me much because of the great benefits and valuable learning opportunities provided.
