I applied for the job as a result of reading the job description and what i would be doing, the first week of induction training was motivational and prepared me for the role that I applied for. The second and third week it became very apparent that the role I had actually applied for was not the role or department I would be working within. The job advertised customer service, 90% of time on the phone, providing support for customers experiencing difficult times. The job that I have been given is no phone time, only using various systems to update information on customers. Some of the staff are not kind or welcoming and rather passive aggressive when asking for help or assistance.
