The staff are for the most part friendly although generally break off in to small groups that at times act like teenagers that gossip and complain behind each others backs instead of focusing on their work. The offices have been renovated in the last year which was sorely needed as this has not been performed in many years

Out of touch management that seem to focus more on the latest buzz words as opposed to improving systems quickly and efficiently but this is difficult due to systems being locked to overseas administrators who seem unwilling or unable to update programs easily. The business has suffered a slow decline over the past years resulting in a loss of over half it's staff with the most talented staff leaving or being made redundant and the remaining made up of older out of touch people and those that just want to get through each day.
