Vantaggi
I've been at Avron for a little while and I've learnt ALOT which I am thankful for.. If you are a dedicated, hard working person who can tolerate an incompetent set of managers then this is the place for you. There are the few hard working employees that would make your experience at Avron great, but experiences are not everything.
Svantaggi
Avron is growing company, how it's surviving is beyond me. I guarantee you, 95% of the employees would say that they are not happy with working there. Management has no idea of what to do.. All talks, no structure and no initiative! All of the employees are severely over-worked and UNPAID. The CEO and his management team are blind, they can't see that this company is understaffed and struggling. They just looking at the numbers and racking in the money. Yet, the staff below them are killing them selves to juggle a million job roles at a time. I don't believe any of us has had a decent pay increase or even a year end review. As a former employee of Avron, I can truly say that there is no standard procedure for anything. There are people who are exhausting themselves to get a million things done and are not being compensated for it. Then we have people walking around, pushing their work aside yet they are getting paid more than others... How that gets over looked is just crazy. Avron is a company that has trucks breaking down every other day, a lack of dedicated drivers, an understaffed phone queue which they dragged people who has enough on their plate to join the phone queue, overworked purchasers, exhasted and unappreciated warehouse pickers and only ONE customer care person who pawns off work to other staff. The accounting team needs more help and the "logistics person" is completely useless. We also have a GM who shoots out ideas without thinking, wastes people's time with his meetings/discussions and tries to micromanage the staff. Need I say more? I ultimately joined Avron to stay long term, but honestly the work environment is toxic.
