This company is nothing more that a recruitment agency, and barely one at that. Their recruiters use Gmail accounts and are completely unorganized. Once your name is in their database they will harass you via e-mail and phone calls. Multiple recruiters will contact you regarding the same job, even if you are working with one or have declined the job.
