Compensation and benefits mostly at market rate. PTO policy behind most aerospace companies, though. HR does try to keep morale up with monthly treats for "birthdays", and quarterly catered lunches before quarterly all-hands.

Always understaffed with high turn-over. Management shows overt favoritism to clique of senior employees, anyone newer than eight-ish years at company is just a cog in the machine. Schizophrenic company between electronics and structural components, and divided management and culture between them. When two companies are forced together because a private equity firm didn't want to pay two leases, that's what you get.
