Regarding pay progression and performance reviews, Avtrade operates within a structured framework designed to ensure fairness, consistency, and transparency. This includes quarterly reviews enabling regular communication with team leaders to discuss and agree clear objectives to enable progression, as appropriate. As individual situations vary, we encourage employees to engage directly with their line manager or Employee Services should they have questions or wish to seek clarification on these processes.
