It's always recommended and encouraged to take time off, seek ways to improve your mental health, and overall work/life balance. - 4 day work week - remote - company paid health, dental and vision for the employee

      The company offers a comprehensive training program and a wealth of learning resources. The team is incredibly supportive and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. The benefits are excellent, and the overall culture is positive and inclusive. There are clear opportunities for growth, ongoing education, and the flexibility to work from home or even remotely from other countries.

      The only minor downside is using a PC instead of a Mac. Other than that, no complaints—very satisfied overall!
