Good place to work for beginers

Lack of updated IT systems to manage

Some of the staff are nice

Flexi hours are not really flexi Majority of staff are not team players, managers have favourites, one rule one and another rule for others. Work not disturbed evenly. No company insensitive, tell you that you get a yearly cut in the profit share! You don’t. Some managers very sarcastic immature. You are never really trained to do your job just expected to know it all from the start, make it up as you go along. Phones never really answered as staff members moan about having to answer the phone. Very Catty environment as well as toxic. Still living in the stone ages men get paid more then women who work harder. Any complaints you make regarding the managers are brushed off. Their is no career development, you can have a job with this company but you cannot make a career. Do not really hire people of colour!!! Mainly hire family members or friends of the managers. Hardly ever advertise jobs externally. Being treated like the office dogs bodies isn’t a job title. No HR department just a very unapproachable lady.
