- the managers couldn't care less for their employees - the managers provide super unhealthy snacks all the time and practically impose the laziness of all employees - they literally couldn't care less about the health of the people in the organisation - the managers claim they care about the climate, but there's so much unnecessary use of plastic and paper internally, that no one sees - they lie in their "best employer survey" by not allowing some members of the team to submit their rating - they do this by using stupid excuses such as "oh, your link for the survey doesn't work" or "there's only 2 days left to fill in the survey, it's too late already"

Since the last boss change, the managing is even worst. Fully presential 0 remote. This is not going to change even if they tell you it is. From the technical side, apart from simple linear regressions or classifications, don't expect anything more. So you will not grow as you may expect. It's not worth the experience and I encourage you to search anything else. Not even if it's your last option.
