The tech stack is quite diverse, offering a range of technologies to work with. High turnover creates opportunities for career advancement. Plus, a day off every second Friday is a nice perk. Pay is ok.

Flex Friday seems to exist to make up for the lower than the market salary. Talented and well-qualified individuals tend to suddenly disappear without any clear explanation, like during the Soviet Union's repressions — you come to work one day, and they're blocked. Feedback from the direct management is minimal, leaving you largely uncertain about your performance. Inquiring for feedback often proves ineffective, as management is overwhelmed and occasionally forced to fulfill multiple roles like sre and developer in addition to their regular duties. If you're not based in one of the locations that has an office, it can feel like you're somewhat invisible – you don't receive any company merch, recognition, or much of anything.
