The regulars are wonderful, and the staff is well chosen. The owner of this operation is a very difficult boss who believes in sustainability in farming, and loves fresh food, which she gives away to the staff at the end of the night. Best perk ever.

This same owner does not value the mental and emotional health of employees who are regularly degraded in front of other staff and guests. A very toxic workplace. You will be shamed and humiliated for the tiniest mistake, in front of others. Even something as small as using a pencil when you are required to use a pen, and vice versa. You are not allowed to take something off of a check if it was wrong or the guest hated it. A classist, sexist boss.
