I've worked with this organization for almost 8 years now and the owners are truly invested into growing every member of the team personally and professionally. The culture here is great and there is an impressive amount of effort exerted in an effort to retain it. The opportunity to grow is tremendous as the company is still growing quickly. The organization continues to focus in on its offerings and this allows for everyone in the team to have a better chance to succeed. The last two years have been excellent especially as the "start-up" mindset has gone away and the company has begun to focus on its future trajectory.

Being part of a team at Axia Technology Partners means being flexible and sometimes working in elements that aren't in your job description. This is a con and a pro depending on how you look at it.

Nice small company. Good people to work with. Willing to work with you if their was an emergency or problem. Was repeatedly told "Thanks" for a job well done, extra effort, or just doing my job in general.

Small company that doesn't know where they are actually going, yet. They need to figure out exactly what they want to do, so they can focus on that, not be a "Jack of All Technology and Master of None".
