They focus on professional development more than other firms, offering continued education, online learning libraries, and plenty of opportunities for adding more tools, platforms, and technologies to your skill sets. They also focus on what's best for us as a person with profit sharing bonuses paid out twice annually, an annual review of the efficacy of the medical, dental, vision, 401k, etc. plans/benefits, monthly all staff lunches, and 2 company parties/events. (1 for full families + 1 for employee & spouses) I would and have recommended it to former colleagues and friends as a place to work.
