      If you’re in the office, it’s very nice! Pay is competitive.

      No work life balance for the site and PM team. Depending on your team, there might be massive micromanagement and pressure from above. I hated the constant blaming culture and throwing teammates under the bus. That’s not a good culture to work in. Still not up to date with Procore. Senior members not wanting to adopt new technologies and impose redundant documentation to the rest of the team. Lack of mentorship to project coordinators and blaming them for their faults.

      One would assume a tough corporate culture, but instead, all colleagues are warm, friendly and helpful. Lots of internal events/ activities with Bosa Properties, really adding to the open-door atmosphere. Great and hardworking teams that support each other and strive for excellence!
