If you look for freedom you find plenty. Also some people of the developer staff are really savvy, especially the development teams in Ukraine and Russia. Very good product. But that is about it.

(Valid for the European HQ London, not New York) No processes, no governance culture, no communication. Good people stay maximum 1 or 2 years (apart from the well paid top 10%). There is no vision or plan, so also no feedback. If the result (which is only measured in sales revenue) is bad, they fire some people. If a client shouts about bad service they hire some people to fix it. Tons of underpaid junior people who believe anything. They often start to develop a product when it is sold, so sales and presales people have to lie systematically to the prospects and customers about the development state of products. Sales commissions are less than half of the industry standard, hence they hire no experienced sales people. Salary always paid late.
