Shady business practices. I had to check my pay each week. Discrepancies in pay are too common of an event. My manager Ali Khalid is not the mentor type. He is definitely a slippery salesperson. Overselling the company's capabilities. I left after 6 months. Departments do not communicate with one another. It's complete chaos at best.

Axiom World has an excellent learning environment, especially for fresh graduates. I joined with zero industry experience, and the company gave me the opportunity to grow and build a strong foundation in DevOps. The team is friendly, approachable, and supportive, and the overall environment feels relaxed rather than overly corporate or restrictive. It’s a great place to learn and gain real-world exposure.

Like any growing organization, there are areas where internal flows and processes can be improved. Aligning teams and streamlining decision-making could make operations more efficient.
