In customer service department, there is no work life balance at all.
This department is too understaffed and is continued to be kept this way, in order to save money. Due to which, people are ordered to work on their week-off's and anyone denying gets PIP.
Here people burden you with so much work that it is impossible to complete the work in a 9 hour shift even if you work with full efficiency.
Some manager or other will always be after your life chasing you to complete work even if it is required to work post shift on a daily basis.
On top of that, unnecessary meetings takes place on a daily basis, you are supposed to attend them all even when it impacts your work and ultimately your personal time.
On top of all this, increament is wayyyy less than market standards, so less that it is even less than inflation rate. Anyone working here long term can go from higher middle class to BPL within a few decades.
