1.No learning about the work we are doing. 2.No support from manager. 3.Use of abusive language is very common by management eg VP, AVP and senior manager. 4. HR is just hiring new employee no concern about the existing employee. 5. People suffer health issues due to unnecessary work pressure. 6. Begging is very common by employees for their reimbursement. 7. Most people are very alcoholic and drink on every weekend.
