10yWe tend to disagree with this view and would like to clarify that we have a very strong leadership team in place. Different leaders head different verticals / business and they have full freedom to run their vertical in the manner that's most deem fitted by them. This should not be construed as family run business. Our support systems of HR / Finance / Quality etc. are robust and empowered enough to work closely with businesses to ensure that there is also an environment of growth for all. Performance and Merits are the utmost important parameters to grow in the system. We provide tremendous learning opportunities and international exposure to our employees and we will continue to do so. Some of our HR practices are far superior than the market practices and we take pride in it.
