No business ethics Not having any kind of managemnt eithcs Fake promises Director Mr.Devesh such a person who is always ready with lots of excuses .and he is hiring employees but not having money for salaries. Not a single portal is divered by him sucessfully but full of confidence that hr is the no. 1 travel protal company. Running a ngo not a company. He just want that employees should work there but he should not pay them for there work and always one tag line ' babu abhi paisa nhe hai thoda sa wait kr lo' and thoda sa wait is 1 yr 2 yrs or jb tk ke aap he give up na kar do. They dont even know how to maintain a relationship with clients /ex employees or current one. As per him everyone is rich and one he is poor , no one needs money becz they hav father husband they can borrow money from them and he is only one poor person in dis world.
