They do not honor their contracts. The length of your contract is meaningless to them, if a project gets cancelled. Axis solely bases who gets fired and who stays on how expensive you are to the company, and not on your talent performance, or how soon your agreement with them will expire.
They do not seem to care about the fact that you may have relocated your whole life to Glasgow, and there are no other studios around. This will leave you in a very precarious situation.
