      - Always felt supported in my needs and health-wise, they always took care of me and made that important. - I've never worked with a better group of people

      - Schedules are bidding was always too tight requiring heavy amounts of overtime to complete projects to the deadline. - Needed more time on projects so that it wasn't such a crunch. - Not transparent enough with employees. - Did not receive a pay rise for bonus for two years.

      Bad pay, no training, poor management. They bid their projects low and you pay for it.
