      1.Freshers can apply for this company to enter into IT world. There are no pros to share with.

      1. Lack of good environment. 2. Lack of technical training. The person working here should do some advance technology course from external institute otherwise your career will be over. 3. Too much politics. 4. for employees, It is advisory to look for good opportunity once you get sufficient experience. 5. Managers and HR are worst to deal with. 6. lack of work life balance.

We take any and all feedback seriously and aim to improve ourselves and taking great care of our employees whenever possible. After 16 years of hiring and cultivating the best talent, encouraging additional training, and maintaining a positive work environment for all employees, this is our first negative review. But you're bound to have a blip on the radar at some point. Our job now is to ensure no one has this experience again, while staying true to the values that make Axis a mecca to aspiring engineers, managers and technologists.

      I have had the great honor and fortune to work with the CEO, Michael Valdes, and the Axis Tech teams since it was founded over 15 years ago. I personally witnessed and also helped the company grow and evolve from a single professional services team, to multiple teams around the world, and from a services only business model to a product and service offering. In all this time one thing has remained constant -- the unwavering integrity of its leader, Michael Valdes. His approach to always doing what is right for the ATG customer, the ATG employee, AND the ATG contractor is rare and inspiring; it's why ATG is a great place to work. Every company goes through growing pains and experiences ups and downs but so few have a leader that has managed to build and retain talented teams of high caliber, skilled professionals. If you have an opportunity to work at ATG at anly level -- take it! -- you will be glad you did.
