An Organisation with a Heavy Monarchism. Everyone will call themselves a VP making the decisions of their own & forcing it on the staff. Absolutely no scope for your own thoughts to be implemented & No Socializing. You are never allowed to express your views or inputs, everything you say is either offending, invalid or doesnt make any sense to them. If it does make sense & agreed upon, it's never gonna be implemented. This company is a perfect example of self destruction with the management taking a dig at their own resources with their stupid decisions, lay off's & pay cuts (they dont even pay you on time). Full of Fake Promises & False Implications . Stay Away & Save Your Career
