Systems and processes need work

The pay was good, but that was about the only thing keeping many people there.

Incredibly toxic work environment, if you weren’t in the right group of people they would target and harass you while people in the group went unpunished. Complaints were seldom met with appropriate action and consideration. I cannot put into adequate words the disrespect and unprofessionality I experienced while working here, from people in a higher position no less!
