Svantaggi
- The positive reviews are clearly fake. I would guess that HR was instructed to create positive reviews. Those positive reviews are the complete opposite of my experience. - This is NOT what you would expect from a REAL startup. The manner in which the company is run feels overly burdensome and is not agile at all. Everyone is just there to collect a fat paycheck, but don't expect to grow your career there. If you're half way experienced, you will likely regress in your skills and pick up bad habits. - Lack of transparency. - The "leadership" team is completely unqualified and have absolutely no business being in a leadership position. They have no skills or experience that you will be able to learn from and they should not be leading people. They would not even qualify as mid level managers in most companies. They have no tangible skills that are clearly evident. The CTO in particular has no experience in technology or software, he clearly does not value competence in himself as he was always nervous to speak with engineers b/c he knew that he could not hold a candle to even junior engineers in the company. - The CEO has NO skills or personality that makes me want to follow him. He is completely out of touch. I would never want this man on my team. - Very tiered org structure. Too much hierarchy for such a small company. This is NOT a Flat organization. My assumption this is to shield the C-suite from judgement and to minimize visibility into how weak the "leaders" really are. - The only person in the leadership level that is worth working with is the SVP of engineering. - It's a professional services company, not a product company. Everything is customized to the customer and the customers are not even renewing their contracts. There is very weak or no product-market fit.
