      Axrail is very good for learning. I have chance to try many new AWS services and latest cloud technologies. The team is friendly and always help each other. I learn a lot from my colleagues. Also, I get to work on interesting AI projects, which is exciting and good experience. Axrail also requires all technical staff to take AWS certification, which help improve my skills.

      Sometimes, company give too many chances for people who not perform well, and it slow down the team. Also, office is near Mid Valley, so very crowded and long queue during lunch time
