Minimal training, low pay and no salary or raise negotiation. Annual "merit" increases are not based on merit--and are always less than 3%. No bonuses. To get promoted, you have to actually do the job you're promoting into for over a year before you get the actual promotion and pay increase (5%-- no negotiating). Many teams have mandatory overtime, but the company won't hire additional staff. Must live in the area even though it's 100% WFH. Very few opportunities for growth.
