- Work process isn't so organized, no clear KPIs or SOPs - A selling oriented company which focuses on sales team, all other functions like inventory, accounting, procurement, logistics ... etc are considered only supporting departments. - Career development opportunities are not guaranteed and don't ruled by specific criteria, actually you have to spend at least one year before getting any promotion or an opportunity outside your country, even if you deserve the opportunity, they will simply tell you that Azadea rules don't allow you to get promoted before at least one year.
