Vantaggi

Room for advancement (to a degree). They are willing to listen to ideas from employees. Most of the low-level supervisors and team leads are awesome.

Svantaggi

They micromanage every little second of the day. They are willing to put you in a higher position but not give you a raise. They give you hope that you might be able to move up in the company and then never follow through. Need to work on communication. They have no issue laying off or firing really amazing employees if it benefits their bottom line despite the help they provide for other employees.

If you're looking for an environment where you are surrounded by c-level leaders, this place is for you. There is a lot to learn from the different teams and that is not something to underestimate when looking for a new job.

Svantaggi

Given that there are a lot of executives, career advancement opportunities seem to be far from the Azamara employee grasp. That is not to say that they don't promote their workers, but it does feel like it can take quite some time for that to finally happen (we're talking years.)
