Azets have provided me more flexibility and support than I could possibly have expected or I have experienced and seen first hand with others in previous employment at competitor and smaller independent firms. I am able to manage family life around work and have also been supported through tough personal times. Meanwhile I've still been given the tools and opportunity to develop in my career and professional skills. There were negative staff and leaders/partners here from predecessor firms that have now left over the last 3 years, and it is now a much happier place - they continue to spread negative information having left, despite being the cause of the issues themselves.

There are elements of being in a larger, national organisation which can mean certain matters take longer to resolve or having to adapt to nationally adopted processes/software, However, these are manageable and outweighed by the pros noted above.
