Personally I feel this company has allowed me to grow to who I am today. Top management have made significant changes to hear their employees and issues at group level with CEO interactions. This has been meaningful. We are able to voice our opinions and discuss these points during close interactions.

First of all every company has its cons. No one is perfect. Personally can’t think of any as of now.

favourism & petty attitude from management. once they dislike you, do not expect any opportunities or growth. you might even be ask to go off as they will random pin point small details as an excuse. decent colleagues OT at times will most likely match your pay hence do not expect an increment if you are applying here. company do not take into inflation also so don’t expect increment yearly too. low bonus. do not trust the hr. not the best system using old school type of telephone hotlines
