The staff is great to work with. The environment is enjoyable and decent. The boss is kind and direct - any criticism has been fair. Kevin is one of the last old-fashioned, good natured employers out there. He is well-mannered and works with integrity. The company does some cool jobs that are seen all around Portland. The pay is fair - and we work as a team at AzTech. I enjoy coming to work!

They offered a high starting pay. The manager was nice and seemed very professional.

The building is falling apart. There were holes in the ceiling and exposed pipes. The machines are failing or out of order. The programs and computers were very cheap and didn't work very well. The estimate and order system was the cheapest, least easy to use version of cyrious. And to top it all off the company art files were in complete disarray, making even the simplest order almost impossible to get right. The area is also dangerous as I was harassed on the way home on day one. If you don't have a car or a reliable ride home don't bother.
