Feedback from management is awful to non existing Only 10 days of vacation and they don't accumulate. USA holidays only They say you won't work extra hours, in truth you will have to work extra hours depending on the project but they don't let you register more than a set amount on the tracking tool for billable purposes. You have to send your hours divided by tasks daily with descriptions, if you do it weekly it looks bad, if you only send 8 hours and don't divide it looks suspicious. It's possible to get fired without notice due to bad management
