My direct team is awesome, very supportive and collaborative. Some leaders and other managers are not though

Constant change - in leadership, drugs, accounts, territory alignments, quotas, managers/team... impossible to get any momentum or build relationships as a sales person in this environment.
Some great leaders, others who lead by fear and control. Not inspirational at all and they will threaten reps
Lots of pointless admin and micro managing.. motus will track you all day every day
