When I first applied and interviewed for B.A.P. I immediately was excited to see so many young, driven individuals. The laughter in the office and the enthusiasm is so contagious. Alongside working with people who work hard and are extremely career oriented but also inviting and fun, the sky is the limit here at B.A.P. The opportunity to work towards a life long career in an always expanding and always adapting atmosphere makes each day exciting and rewarding here at our marketing firm. From working on multiple campaigns to working with clients; there is never a dull moment and it's in all honesty nice to work somewhere where hard work pays off and leads to more responsibility and more opportunity. I never wanted to end up in a job where I felt stagnant and was determined to find a place where hard work pays off, and I truly found that here.

We have to hit our goals in order to have sushi for free on Fridays, we have to make our own coffee in the morning and pizza Tuesday isn't every day.

You meet a lot of competitive minded people that encourage you to grow. If you like door to door sales, this job is perfect for you.
Svantaggi
They force you to wear dress clothes when you show up at the beginning of the day, which wouldn’t be a problem if you didn’t have to change out of them 3 hours into the shift to do door to door sales in different clothing. Also, the fact that this job is door to door sales is generally hidden. When I applied through indeed, I was under the impression that this job was something like Mad Men. I thought that I’d get the opportunity to work on actual advertisements because nothing in the indeed job description imbedded the idea of door to door sales. The hours are stupid long and you are expected to work 6 days a week. I was away from home longer than 60 hours a week. This wouldn’t be so bad if the job was hourly, but it is NOT. All of your money is commission, and you can be robbed of that commission if your clients decides to cancel their contracts within a certain amount of time after signing up. Being that you’re selling AT&T, contract cancellation happens quite a bit. If you’re not one of the top sellers, management makes you feel like crap. The management, passive aggressively or aggressively, targets you as one of the weaker links in the chain if you do not do well. Mind you, you do not get negative treatment from your fellow employees. They tend to help and empower you.
