Off the production floor there are good people trying to make a difference and working to steer the company towards a better position in the market. The FDA hasn't shut us down like our competition. Old products that are poorly designed, assembled on equipment that is falling apart by a work force that is over 20% temporary workers that make a little bit more than McDonalds. Leadership that has to higher outside firms to drive change and develop leadership. A strong-willed work force that doesn't care about change. Uneducated lower to middle management.
