B2B Marketing is a company that has big ambitions and isn't afraid on following the insight and instincts of it's employees. There is huge room for growth and the company foster professional development and risk taking. Everyone is supportive and the office environment is a really welcoming one to be in. I have loved working here so far.

Finding the time for team socials and moving back to a culture of face to face client meetings. This transition is difficult due to the effects of the pandemic, but I expect more of these to come in the future as there is lots of effort already to keep morale high and build teamwork in the office.
