Great pay, equal time off

Poor management and a major disconnect between what leadership says and what actually happens on site. The company talks a lot about safety, but employees who stand out or raise concerns often feel targeted instead of supported. Operationally the site is poorly supported. Crews frequently do not have enough gear or proper safety equipment to do the job. Power failures are common and basic infrastructure is lacking. The mine has been operating for years but is still running out of tents. Water is brought in by truck and basic hygiene for underground workers is largely ignored. There are no bathrooms underground and no proper place to wash hands before eating. Meanwhile there are security guards in the kitchen making sure people wash their hands before meals, which highlights the disconnect between surface policies and underground realities.
