Parent company changed healthcare to Cigna INO, eliminated bonuses, cutback security, and eliminated annual calendars to save money. Billable units are the only priority. Some counselors are committing fraud but get their units so the company turns a blind eye to the fraud. No staff meetings, supervision or support offered.
