Concerns/complaints, and requests for different opportunities met with lip-service and/or broken promises. Anxious, confused work culture infused with frustration due to bad communication; poor, unequal delegation of responsibilities and tasks, and requiring every little decision to be approved, often by more than one person which makes employees feel they are not trusted. Growth within the company is rare. Most concerning: customer satisfaction does not seem to be of high importance.
