Where do I start? The co-founders are toxic, mean women who only started Baby2Baby to make friends with celebrities and promote their own false altriusm. Employees are frequently asked to engage in manual labor, stay late, and complete unreasonable tasks all while Kelly and Norah sit in their conference room and come and go as they please. Expect unprofessional emails at all hours, and a culture of bullying and general phoniness. Despite the pay being extremely low (it is a nonprofit, after all), there are NO perks (generous PTO, flexible work schedule, etc). They are truly incompetent and the only thing they ever cared about was when we would have an event highlighting a celebrity (ex: Reese Witherspoon, Kerry Washington, etc). No care for the actual mission, only promoting themselves.
