Very unpleasant working atmosphere, hired casual workforce to help get deliveries out, even with no experience of product or process they made them co-ordinators telling people with decades of experience what to do. Management are also new starters alot of the time or kids from the shop floor just (having a go) Higher ups have there heads in the clouds as to what's happening picking up pay cheques for doing no work.
