OK but ethically challenged - Recensione dipendente - Procurement Specialist presso BAE Systems

Because people move around a lot, due to nature of the business, I’ve not made any ‘lifelong’ friends. A lot of strange people. Since the war in Gaza, seeing kids online who have lost entire families, or had their legs blown off, I’ve struggled with the ethical side of the job. Especially knowing we supply parts to F35 which were used in what can only be described as a genocide. I have a terminal illness and going through the ‘ill health capability’ process which isn’t nice. They can’t sack me but can retire me off. I fear that is going to happen, which is making my mental health worse.
