Line mangers promoted way above their skills in some teams. They have no idea about the rules and regulations. Raise a case against people and it get shunned down. Line manger shouting at you, slamming hands on tables. Line manager ignores and does not have professional respect. Leadership teams brush everything under the carpet. employing their friends to build a team of incapable people. A very sorry state of affairs It's a shame as another team it could be an amazing place to work
