Limited progression and low pay when compared to the market. Under staffed with poor resource management. Awful IT that is not fit for purpose. Basic tasks are swamped in process. Upper management do not care for the boots on the ground, only their bottom line and reputation. Terrible handling of HR issues. The company does not practice what it preaches to staff.
