      -Very flexible schedule while I went to school -I enjoyed the work I did -Nice severance package when I was laid-off

      -Did not seem to care all that much about a project that was the most stable income. Never aggressively shopped it around to try and sell to other companies. -Future of this location looked very uncertain if it would last.
