The company doesn’t looks free it’s staff, difficult to get training no opportunities for management if you are an engineer and restricted from there job opportunities are hidden by managers who want to keep you in your current role and not let you move even if it’s best for your career. The company does no event for employees, doesn’t even pay for a Christmas meal or any social employee bonding evens. Bonuses based on performance reviews are reduced unfairly based on factors out of employees control.
