They make my position enjoyable, rewarding, and easy to come to work each day. • Great open door policy by management. They are supportive, flexible, good listeners, and consider and implement your ideas. • The company just recently implemented a rich health insurance plan, as well as dental, vision, life insurance and a 401k plan.
